Eligibility for Returns

- The item is unused, in original condition, and includes packaging and inserts.
Items marked as “final sale” or customized to your specifications may not be eligible unless damaged or incorrect upon arrival.

2) Receive Instructions
Our team will confirm eligibility and provide return or exchange steps, including where to send the item or how pick-up will be arranged.
3) Inspection
Once we receive the item, we verify condition and confirm the resolution: replacement, store credit, or refund.
Refunds, Credits, and Replacements
- Refunds: Processed to the original payment method after inspection and approval.
- Store Credit: Available if you prefer to reorder later.
- Replacement: Issued when the item is available; we will reconfirm color/variant with you.
Timing may vary by payment provider. We’ll keep you informed throughout.
Return Shipping & Fees
For defective, damaged, or incorrect items, return shipping is covered by us. For other approved returns, shipping may be shouldered by the customer unless otherwise agreed.
Order Cancellations
Orders must be paid within 24 hours after the payment link is sent to avoid automatic cancellation. If you need to cancel before payment, contact us immediately and we will assist.
